1. Who we are

This site is operated by Express TPMS, based in Leeds, Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, Express TPMS is the "data controller" of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

When you place an order, we (via our payment provider, Stripe) collect:

• Your name
• Billing and delivery address
• Email address
• Phone number, if provided
• Order details — items, quantities, amount paid

We never see or store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card number, expiry, and CVC go straight to Stripe and never pass through this website's own systems.

If you contact us by phone or email, we'll hold whatever you send us — your contact details and the content of the message — to respond and keep a record of the conversation.

3. How we use it, and why

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfil your order, and arrange delivery — necessary to perform our contract with you
• Respond to enquiries and after-sales questions — our legitimate interest in running the business, and/or performing the contract
• Keep financial and accounting records — a legal obligation (UK tax law requires records to be kept, typically for six years)
• Prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes — our legitimate interest, and Stripe's own obligations as a regulated payment institution

We do not use your data for marketing unless you've separately and clearly opted in, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with:

• Stripe — to process payment. Stripe may process data outside the UK; Stripe maintains its own safeguards for international transfers, detailed at stripe.com/privacy.
• Delivery/courier partners — your name and delivery address only, to get your order to you.
• Our accountant / HMRC — where required to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We don't share your data with anyone else, and never for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Order and financial records: 6 years, in line with UK HMRC record-keeping requirements.

General correspondence (emails, enquiries that don't lead to an order): 24 months from last contact, unless we need to keep it longer for a specific reason.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons (e.g. tax records)
• Object to how we're using your data
• Complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data

7. Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising cookies. If that changes in future (for example, adding site analytics), this policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie consent option added.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we start using a new supplier or tool that processes personal data. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.

1. Who this applies to

Express TPMS sells to trade and business customers — wheel refurbishers, tyre fitters, and body shops. This policy is written on that basis.

If you're buying as a private individual rather than for a business, you may have additional statutory rights under UK consumer law (see section 8) that take precedence over anything below.

2. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our UK Distribution Centre, typically within 24 hours of payment. Standard UK delivery from dispatch is estimated at 2–3 business days, shown at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your payment confirmation, contact us and we'll chase it up.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

3. Faulty or incorrect goods

If what arrives is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it — replacement or refund, your choice, and we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Where possible, a photo of the issue helps us resolve it faster.

4. Change of mind

We accept returns of unused, unopened stock within 14 days of delivery, no restocking fee. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

5. What we can't accept back

Once a valve has been fitted to a wheel, we can't accept it back for resale — we can't verify its condition or safety once it's been installed and removed. This isn't about being difficult; a TPMS valve is a safety-relevant part, and reselling a used one isn't something we're willing to do.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original card via Stripe, typically landing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose) if you're buying as a consumer rather than a business, or any other rights UK law gives you that this policy can't legally override.
